Hilton Group announced the signing of the first Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts in Guanacaste Province to open in 2025.
According to the group, the hotel will offer 190 guest rooms and 25 Waldorf Astoria branded residences. The property will focus on sustainable luxury with an emphasis on architecture that blends into the surroundings, native flora and fauna, and offerings that connect guests with the natural environment. All resort vehicles utilized on the property will be electric, they said.

The hotel is located in the Cacique Peninsula to offer convenient access to Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport, known as Guanacaste’s international airport (LIR ).
Their amenities will include a soothing holistic wellness center with a state-of-the-art gym, movement studio, outdoor yoga, and lap and thermal pools.
