The
Corona Del Mar, California,
U.S.A.-headquartered company
Tebra, a technology cloud-based
firm announced the opening of its
new office in the America Free
Zone in Alajuela. The
company is hiring staff in Costa
Rica to continue supporting its
customers, products, and marketing
divisions. In
2021, Kareo, a fast-growing
cloud-based clinical and financial
software, joined forces with
PatientPop, a practice growth
technology, to form Tebra and
combine the technologies from both
companies. Since
this merge, Tebra provides a
complete solution to help over
100,000 doctors deliver modernized
care to more than 90 million
patients in the United States. “We’re
thrilled to see our presence in
Costa Rica continue to grow, as
it’s been a vital part of Kareo’s
success," Dan Rodrigues,
Co-founder and CEO of Tebra said.
"We’re looking forward to keeping
up that momentum now that we are
Tebra." According
to Rodrigues, with this newest
office in Costa Rica, the company
will be able to expand hiring with
more opportunities for local
workers while simultaneously
offering even greater support for
their customers. The
newly remodeled office in Tebra is
hiring for its departments of
product development, technical
support, website design,
technology, customer support,
customer onboarding, customer
education, finance and
professional services among
others.
Employee benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a monthly work-from-home subsidy, employee recharge days, a mentorship program, a child care subsidy, extended vacation and personal days, and a monthly wellness stipend.
The Ministry of Foreign Commerce statistics show that “Costa Rica is home to more than 70 multinational companies focused on health care through technology, life sciences and the service sector.
Tebra is one of many U.S. firms investing in Costa Rica. This week, the San Francisco, California-headquartered firm, Databricks, announced the opening of its operations in the America Trade Zone in Heredia Province.
