The Government of Spain confirmed the second donation of 500,000 Moderna doses of the vaccine against covid-19.

The Moderna vaccine against covid, sold under the brand name Spikevax, is developed by the U.S. biotechnology company Moderna, Inc., based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, in a joint effort with the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), and the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA).
